Our comprehensive program delivers a proven, effective approach to maximizing payment performance,

effective price due to economies of scale. Student loan borrowers will receive high quality services and
their personal data will be maintained and protected in accordance with stringent data standards.
How do you know which borrowers to contact?
Our data warehouse is continuously updated with the most current borrower enrollment and
repayment related information as reported by NSLDS and servicers. On a daily basis we review
this data to determine which borrowers need outreach based on the touch points the school has
selected. We pass delinquent account information to National Recoveries Incorporated (NRI) who
initiate outreach according to our agreed upon protocol.
What outreach touch points (triggers) do you support?
NorthStar provides outreach for a variety of pre-repayment touch points in addition to coordinating
delinquency outreach as a result of our partnership with the collection agency National Recoveries
Incorporated (NRI). These touch points range from separation date through repayment and up to default.
What branding options are
available relative to engaging
my student population?
Our RepayReady web tool is branded with your school logo and name. The URL is customized to tie in
with your school name. We also brand letters and emails and refer to your school as part of our outbound
phone calls.
